In 1979 the original Giovanni’s Pizza on State Street opened. Success was born as Danny brought his pizza knowledge and fresh recipes from down south. The keys are using only the freshest ingredients, homemade sauces and fresh dough made daily. Giovanni’s Pizza is known for our wonderful Chicago style thick crust, but we are happy to make thin crust on request.
